Recorders are not seeing the rejection reasons for packages that have been previously rejected and it is causing them to review the whole package, not just the reason for the rejection

The attached Recording Package is named incorrectly

Solution:
- Document Type should be: Recording - Recording Document
- Document Type may have been incorrectly listed as: Recording - Recorded
- Documents

Cause of error:
- The documents attached to the EO’s email did NOT match the documents listed for this Recording Package on the ResWare Recording Tab
- More than likely, Recording Instructions were attached to the email sent to the ET Wizard, but this does not match the document type listed on the Recording Tab

Solution:
- Because the Recording Instructions are already a part of the Recording Package, they do not need to be sent separately
- Ensure that the only document being sent to the ET Wizard is the on listed on the ResWare Recording Tab (e.g. Recording Document)

Cause of Error:
- Information in the legal section was input incorrectly
- In this case, the subdivision name was incorrectly included in the “Block” field (which was expecting a number – less than 11 digits in length

Solution:
- Ensure that each field in the legal area has the correct information included
- Note that the error pointed to the “Block” field/parameter. This “parameter” indicator can give you an idea of what field has incorrect information in it and needs to be fixed.

Cause of Error:
- Recording desk more than likely used “Search” to find a package to work on instead of using the Get Next (PLUS “+”) button
- In this situation, the ET Wizard currently does not provide sufficient protection when multiple people are accessing the Recording Package at the same time and this can induce issues within the Recording Package

Cassidy can look to see if the Recording Package can be re-queued and avoid needing to reject and resubmit the package

Solution:
- Use the Get Next (PLUS “+”) Button to work on the next, highest priority Recording Package
- If you must use “Search” for an emergency, please confirm that the EO (or others) are already out of the Recording Package – this will avoid a time consuming issue that could possibly result in rejecting and resubmitting the Recording Package

Cause of Error:
- THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE and a fix is being investigated
- This is caused because ET Wizard does not have access to the Notes returned to ResWare for rejected Recording Packages

Solution / Work-a-Rounds:
- The long term solution is for ET Wizard to display the rejection reason(s) when a package is opened for a previously rejected package (like it does today in RamQuest)
- Work-a-Rounds
- IF the Recorder see a Recording Package Name formatted like <########-N>
- Where ######## is the Order Number
- And “-N “ represents the number of times the Recording Package has been rejected
- The Recorder can search the Recording Desk email inbox for the specific order number to find the email with the latest rejection reason
- The Recorder can look in the Recording Tab in ResWare for the Notes for the specific order number to find the latest rejection reason
- IF the Recorder see a Recording Package Name formatted like <########-N>
