LocaTR
LocaTR can be accessed via REProTool on the main navigation bar.
Agency Admins, Agency Users, and Realtors will have access to LocaTR.
As you type the address in, a list of suggested addresses will display. You can select one of these or manually enter the address. If a property is found, a mark will be placed on the mini map on the right hand side of the page.
When you select a property, the Assessor data for the property will display. You can click Export to Seller Net Sheet or Export to Buyer Cost Sheet to add the address and other property info to a new Seller Net Sheet or Buyer Cost Sheet.
If an address is not found by our provider, a result will still display without detailed information and just the address can be exported to a Seller NetSheet or Buyer Cost Sheet.
