Q: How do I reset my REProTool password?

A: If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password link on the login screen. If your password is managed by your windows system admin, you'll have to reach out to them to update your password. 

Q: I reset my password but cannot login.

A: Ensure that you are not using an old saved password. Manually type the new password in instead of using autofill or a password manager. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to support@4tiersoftware.com.
